This collaboration brings together SYNC ROBOTIC’s technological strengths in AI perception, autonomous control, and reinforcement learning, with TUTK’s  Kalay Cloud VMS, known for its highly scalable system architecture and flexible cross-domain deployment capabilities. Together, the two companies aim to expand into international markets such as smart security, industrial patrol, disaster response, and educational research.

• SYNC ROBOTIC, backed by Foxlink Group for R&D and manufacturing support, has recently launched an AI robotics platform that integrates reinforcement learning and SLAM technology, enabling autonomous patrolling and task execution in high-risk or unmanned environments.
• TUTK’s Kalay Cloud Platform has enabled connectivity for over 140 million video surveillance devices, with services deployed across more than 120 countries worldwide. Built upon this platform, the Kalay Cloud VMS (Video Management System) features a highly scalable system architecture and flexible cross-domain deployment capabilities.

This collaboration leverages technological integration and strategic cooperation to deeply combine AI-driven robotic perception capabilities with a cloud-based platform. • Smart Security and Patrol: AI Robots can autonomously perform patrol tasks, transmitting real-time video and alert messages. Ideal for large-scale venues such as international airports, commercial centers, and campuses, this reduces manpower costs and enhances centralized management efficiency.
• Autonomous Industrial Patrol: In high-risk environments such as power facilities and pipeline systems, AI robots equipped with multi-module sensors (e.g., thermal imaging, gas, and acoustic detection) can conduct routine patrols and upload visual data for remote analysis and predictive maintenance.
• Disaster Response Support: AI Robots can be deployed to disaster sites ahead of personnel, performing SLAM-based positioning and real-time video transmission to enhance command center decision-making and ensure the safety of human deployment.
